These Terms of Service govern your use of FlipPal ("the App"), developed and maintained by MochiKirin Studio. By downloading, installing, or using FlipPal, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
FlipPal is a profit calculator tool that provides estimates only. Calculations are based on the values you input and approximate fee structures of third-party platforms.
FlipPal is not a financial advisor. The App does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation. Actual fees, exchange rates, and costs may vary. Always verify with the selling platform before making financial decisions.
Eligibility
FlipPal is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Subscriptions
FlipPal offers a free tier and paid Pro subscriptions (monthly at $3.99/month or yearly at $39.99/year). Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings
- Refunds are handled by the respective app store, not by FlipPal
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with FlipPal are the property of MochiKirin Studio. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
Disclaimer
FlipPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MochiKirin Studio is not liable for any losses, damages, or inaccuracies resulting from the use of the App. Platform fees and exchange rates change frequently and may not reflect real-time values.
Third-Party Platforms
FlipPal references fee structures of platforms such as eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, and others. FlipPal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any of these platforms. Fee calculations are approximations based on publicly available information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MochiKirin Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of FlipPal.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MochiKirin Studio operates.
